Situated very close to Siem Reap River in a local suburban village area with good security, the Village House is a comfortable spacious and very clean house with an asian flavour that is hard to not appreciate.

This house will suit medium or longer stay families, groups or organisations looking for comfortable care free accommodation in Siem Reap. The Village House is situated close to the Siem Reap River, about 1 klm from Road No 6 bridge opposite the Royal residence and to the north towards the temples. This is an ideal location for easy access to city centre, local markets shops
and restaurants.
15 minutes to the airport and to the north are the famous temples of Angkor only 10 minutes away
The Village House will suit families wanting short term accommodation (2 weeks to 6 months) or groups and organisations with people to house for longer stays.

All rooms have ceiling fans, double and single beds and sprung mattresses in all bedrooms. The lounge area comes furnished and with a LCD TV book shelves and chairs and table for kitchen area including fridge and gas cook top.
Bedding and towels are provided.Daily cleaning by our staff and garden maintenance, pest control and general repairs.
We include free use of the swimming pool at The RiverGarden which is within a few minutes walk and of course use of the restaurant, the restaurant take home menu and bar facilities at any time.

The outside area is fully fenced and comprises ample parking for 2 cars, good security, path and garden lighting with a fish pond and thatched hut area over this that has a light and overhead fan for warm nights when you want a drink and relax.
The property is currently not air conditioned but it is generally very comfortable. We will consider air-conditioning for a longer tern rental proposal
